Terms of service

Last updated September 16, 2026. These terms govern your purchase of and use of Six Months to Speech™ ("the Plan"), offered by Growing Table Co., a brand of CMJ Educational Services LLC ("we," "us"). By purchasing you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

  1. What you're buying. A six-month family meal and routine plan for parents consisting of stage-by-stage plans, recipes and checklists, videos and written guides, weekly live group Q&A calls and their recordings, a named point of contact on our team, and access to the members-only app and community, as described on the plan page. We may update the schedule, team and materials over time while keeping the substance of what is described there.
  2. Not medical advice. The Plan provides general meal-planning and routine information for parents. It is not medical or nutritional advice and does not replace care from your child's physician or other licensed providers. Consult your child's doctor before changing their diet, especially if your child has allergies or a medical condition. Results vary from family to family; we make no guarantee of any specific outcome.
  3. Delivery. Access to the members' app is granted immediately after purchase; login details are emailed to the address you provide. Your six-month term starts on the first Monday after purchase.
  4. Payment. Prices are in USD as listed on the plan page at the time of purchase. Payment-plan installments are charged automatically to the card you provide; you authorize those charges. If a payment fails we may retry it and pause access until it is current. Financing options offered at checkout are provided by third-party lenders under their own terms and subject to their approval; your agreement for that financing is with the lender.
  5. Refunds and cancellation. As described in our Refund & cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.
  6. Your account and conduct. Access is for one family (the purchasing parent or guardians of one household). Do not share logins, recordings, or materials outside your household. Be respectful in the community; we may remove content or suspend access for harassment, spam, solicitation, or sharing others' private information.
  7. Intellectual property. All Plan materials — videos, guides, recipes, recordings, and community content created by our team — are owned by CMJ Educational Services LLC and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during and after the Plan. You may not resell, republish, or teach them as your own.
  8. Recordings. Live calls are recorded and shared with members. You may keep your camera off or use first name only if you prefer not to be identifiable.
  9. Testimonials. We only share your words, name or your child's progress publicly with your written permission.
  10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Plan is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  11. Changes and termination. We may update these terms by posting a new version here; material changes will be emailed to current members. We may end your access for breach of these terms, with a pro-rata refund of any unused paid months if the breach is not related to misconduct.
  12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, after a good-faith attempt to resolve them directly with us.
