The plan, stage by stage
Stage 1 · Prepare (months 1–2)
Swap in better versions of the foods your child already eats, phase out artificial dyes and highly processed ingredients, and settle bedtime and mealtime routines.
Stage 2 · Clear (months 3–4)
Move toward fresh, whole-food meals and homemade snacks step by step, at a pace your child can handle.
Stage 3 · Rebuild (months 5–6)
Whole-food family meals, more variety on the plate, and simple nutrient-dense cooking habits your whole family can keep after the six months end.
Delivery. You get members' app access right away — your login is emailed within minutes of purchase — and a short welcome walkthrough during week one. Your six months officially start on the first Monday after purchase.
