Last updated September 16, 2026. This policy explains what information Growing Table Co., a brand of CMJ Educational Services LLC, collects when you visit this site or buy a plan, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Purchase information: your name, email, phone, billing address and the plan you bought. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe) and any financing provider you choose — we never see your full card number.
  • Account information: the details you add to your members' app profile and the questions you ask our team.
  • Usage information: standard web logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and, in the members' app, which materials you've opened.

How we use it

  • To deliver the plan you bought, send your login and welcome emails, and run the weekly calls.
  • To provide support and answer your questions.
  • To send you plan-related reminders and, if you've opted in, occasional news from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in every email or by replying STOP to a text.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business — payment processing (Stripe and any financing provider you select), our members' app and email/SMS platforms, video hosting and analytics — and only as needed for them to do their job. We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Our services are purchased and used by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Any information you choose to share about your child is used only to support you in the plan.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing support@growingtableco.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.

Security & retention

We use reputable providers with industry-standard security and keep your information only as long as needed to provide the plan, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
